I’ve paid to unlock and have access to all the puzzles yet I’m still not allowed access to them. My child is autistic and wants to do the puzzles. I’ve paid apple for them yet can’t open them. What is going on? This is unfair and unethical. Please advise.

My kids can't get enough of this app. We are the "puzzle family" we love them...but when it comes to this app... It is hilarious for my kids: no missing pieces, nothing to pick up or put away, beautiful pics... great background music, while training your brain. Terrific!!!!

My daughter loves this game. She is 18 months old gets excited about the pictures and when the balloons come down filled with confetti!
