Strength portal is concrete proof that documenting daily progress leads to achieving goals in life. For years I have been a hard core fitness advocate yet never utilized the simple task of documenting my progress in the gym and also my daily nutritional habits. Then I stumbled across strength portal and everything changed. Not only have I seen my strength increase but my diet has improved and I have solid documentation of my progress.

This app makes it so easy to track what I do and keeps me motivated. The instructions and demos let me know how to do the exercises properly so I don't have to worry about if I'm doing it right too. Thanks for a great app!!

This app is very simple and easy to use. It’s nice to now be able to open the app and log my workout as I do it, plus I can check my previous workouts at any time.
