Bravo Paul! As a 20 year user of QP, it is exciting we can now use the program on our iPads and iPhones... Having the convenience to have QP at our fingertips is wonderful... Our flight planners our still shocked when we find city pairs and time zone changes quicker than them and all that expensive software! I highly recommend this program to any corporate operator or even airline pilot... The program is a winner!

I added the QP app to my iPhone 6 and love it. It is very useful and you even threw in a box full of tools! Cool! I have loved and used this program for ages on Windows and even DOS, but this QP App is the best. An affordable home run that should be on every Bizjet pilot's iPhone.
About Quick Planning
Quick Planning is a powerful Itinerary-Trip Planner written for Corporate Jets to allow the user to determine Flight Time, Fuel Burn and (local) Take Off or Landing times for various aircraft. 85% probability winds are stored but can be modified during planning.
It has the unique advantage of allowing an individual to "talk" completely in local times. All corporate jet aircraft are stored in the database base.
Based on a minimum of input (select an aircraft, date of travel, departure point, destination and desired take off or landing time) the respective local departure time or local landing time is then computed. These times account for Standard or Daylight savings time as well as Taxi and ATC delays. GMT times, Fuel Burns are ETEs are displayed. FBO's, Hotels and Limos can be stored for any of the over 6800 airports in the worldwide database.
This itinerary can be emailed to anyone from within the program. The great circle route is displayed for ease of planning your route and fuel stops. Your max range, with reserves, is indicated on the great circle route.
