This app is great but it falls short of being amazing. And the title escrow world if there is no dedicated industry crm . They are in a place to become the CRM for all title companies however, there are no follow up features or ways to mark/tag clients, so that you see them in your daily feed. If they get it integrate a follow up feature that would allow a team to use app together it would allow them to take over as the number one CRM for title companies
