Webka: Frames For Photos

I love the app and had around 700 tokens when I got a new iPad and tried to transfer all my tokens. Tried, tried and tried and decided it might work if I clicked UPDATE. Well, that didn't work because my total went down to 6 tokens. Tried to write a message on FEEDBACK but it will not send. All I want is my 700 or so tokens (don't know the exact number, but I am sure they do) into my account. Then I can rate the app. Or,at least, give me a way to contact the outfit.

This is an amazing app. But recently the developer did an upgrade to the app and all of the designs that I have been saving in my favorites for months were lost. Sent a note to the developer and 4 days later still no response, no help provided. Whatever tokens I had was lost also, therefore causing me to start all over from scratch. Not happy right, because I had some beautiful backgrounds saved for my projects and now there gone. Apart from this little situation the App itself is amazing for my projects.

I both love this app and I don't love it. I have the single photo version. I got it a couple of years ago. It had gorgeous frames and they promised not to have any more new frames in Russian, seriously Russian, and all would have been translated before being approved. That hasn't happened. There are more Russian ones and many look ridiculous. I needed Christmas Apps (non-religious) in October like last year so I can complete a project. Instead they have Christmas as only religious and even those look like stick characters. Come on! I need nice Non-religious frames and yesterday. I have to have hundreds of pictures finished by Dec 1 and NOT in Russian. That's why I say I love it but it's nit working anymore.
