Though the app is expected to work in English, most of the features still show up in Dutch. Also, the Message function does not work like a conversation. You have to initiate a new conversation by filling out a short form, every time you have to follow up question on an ongoing chat. Bizzare experience.

Had trouble opening the app. Once opened it gave me the option to reset, but nothing was happening. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and that seems to have done the trick. Hope it helps anyone who’s having the same issues.
