Keeps Cycling and Keeps Giving โ€œWaiting for Serverโ€ Prompts

This app keeps cycling no matter how many times Iโ€™ve saved the loaded data. Most of the time, I cannot get reports; a lot of times Iโ€™m stuck waiting for the server whereas, Iโ€™m stuck waiting for run/call information. My Department chose this app to rely on for the safety of our community and it seems to be too busy. Can you folks (developers) please fix this issue? Looking back at your history, thereโ€™s a repeated request to fix the glitches. As a First Responder whoโ€™s ready to respond instantly, there needs to be a reliance on the utilities and tools that are being used; when it works, itโ€™s good.

Needs Update Immediately

This app OCCASIONALLY provides the run information, but other times it will pop a notification up and when the app is opened it will just say โ€œDisconnectedโ€ and then you cannot access the run location or additional info. This happens even when the phone has full service. Additionally, the apparatus designations no longer display when in the map view. This app is in DIRE NEED of a real update.

Obsolete app

Had this app for years and was usually pretty reliable. I've switched back and forth between providers ( Verizon/ T-Mobile). Always worked on Verizon but no longer works on T-Mobile unless you're connected to WiFi, it will just say disconnected. So it's become a pretty useless and obsolete app, which is a shame since our fire district pays like $8000 a year for this service.
