It does what it is suppose to do.
It has two flaws: 1. It does not check that iPhone's Bluetooth receiver is on, and if it is off, it seems the app is broken. 2. Once a beacon is updated, it needs to be disconnected and connected before the app can modify it again, otherwise the app shows "connection timeout" errors.

Easy to Setup
I have Roomie Remote and wanted room proximity to switch rooms as I entered. Took all of 10 minutes to set up the rooms. This iBeacon has some hidden potential for many applications. I went with RadBeacon USB beacons.

Works Wonderfully
This is a fantastic way to configure iBeacons over the air. I was able to use it to configure a dozen beacons in just a few minutes with no problems at all. Just a simple utility for configuring RadBeacons over Bluetooth.
