I spent hours doing and redoing my application for unemployment. The application process does not save any of your progress. You are unable to resume or navigate backwards to make corrections without having to start from that point through progress that you’ve already made. When I called for assistance, the employee told me that the application frequently errors out and is unusable.

It works great, for a spell, then can’t even log in on the app, the rest of the time. It’s been down for weeks now and just says servers aren’t available and to try later. When is later????? It’s been weeks. Later is usually a couple hours. And the website is about as easy as trigonometry. Have to create an original, specific employer search each time or go to a job search I had created and rerun it. Doesn’t have the list of employers listed, with my preset preferences already like the app used to, when it worked.

So I’m now going on 5 weeks now trying patiently to wait like everyone else on unemployment bc of the virus. . However 2 weeks ago was told there was an issue and someone would call me back within 72 hours. That still hasn’t happened. Has nothing to do with the app right? Not true now that no one has called me back, I’ve resorted to email. Problem is every time you go on the app to try and send an email it kicks you off. Every time. So now I’m basically unable to contact them in anyway. Ridiculous. This app is terrible, plus you can’t see anything that you actually need to see.
