I prescheduled an early morning taxi pickup and it worked perfectly. Cab was right on time and I had a very courteous driver. Only suggestion I have is to send an email or something confirming the booking. I did end up calling the dispatcher just to make sure they had my info.
I found this app so difficult to work with prior to the update. There were several glitches that wouldn’t let me add my address. Now, they fixed everything and the app is so much easier to use. Thanks!! ☺️
Used to work and I was a happy user for the last 2 years. Booked a taxi and it didn’t show up despite the booking showing as active. Called the dispatch and they said they had no booking. Had to get family to take me into downtown to get to YVR.
