Banterra

The app is just non stop showing the Banterra symbol then showing updating please wait then back to Banterra then updating please wait and keeps flashing the same thing. It needs fixed so I can see the balance I’ll give it 4 because the problem has been fixed and the app has a lot more info than my other banking apps

UPDATE: I have changed the rating to 5 star. They fixed the issue I was having and the app works perfectly and does everything I need it to! Thank you so much!!! I truly depend on this app and definitely love it! —————— Since the newest update my app won’t open. Keeps blinking off and on saying update 100% and blinks off. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It did not help. I even shut my phone off and on still no success. This is very frustrating as I use the app quite a bit! Please fix this!!!!! If it wouldn’t be for this it would be a 5 star for me. I loved it before!

Basic app for mobile banking. Does what it should be and except for capturing pics of the front and back of checks. It is THE WORST. Other banking apps make it a simple process. Not this one. Ready, aim…..then the app takes about 3 minutes and still doesn’t take the pic. After manually taking each pic you are lucky if you don’t receive some kind of error message regarding the check you are trying to deposit. Do better Banterra!
