Milford Federal Mobile Banking

Always very helpful ! Extremely professional

This mobile banking app is easy to use, and has most of the features that my other banking apps offer. As someone who works for another local bank, and is the treasurer of a local non-profit, I frequently use the mobile deposit option, and the fact that I was able to view the images of those deposited checks within the app, was the only reason that I kept that business account with Milford Federal instead of moving it over to my own bank. However, for the last few months (maybe since the last upgrade I’m not sure) I am no longer provided with the images of the checks I have deposited via mobile deposit. I receive an error that says the image is not available, even for ones that I was able to view prior to this. This is very disappointing.

1. The app does not allow me to add a link to an external account (e.g., my Bank of America account) so that I can transfer funds into and out of my Milford Federal account. 2. The app asks me for additional identification information (e.g., name of my oldest niece) every time I log in (even though the app said it remembered my iPhone and allowed me to add a nickname).
