I’ve been using this app for about eight months and it’s been a great experience. The delivery men are awesome people, friendly, hardworking, polite, helpful... I feel that I can’t say enough thanks for their professionalism and kindness. If you are living in China, this app will really become a convenient and helpful app for you. (Though we must have the awareness for environmental protection at the same time!)

Discounts of nearly 50% on everything only available for Chinese numbers. Alipay no longer an option, it’s required to use WeChat pay or Chinese bank card. Neither of which are possible to get as a foreigner. It doesn’t translate anything from Chinese, despite having the language set to English, so I consistently have to screenshot and translate from screenshots to read anything. Devs, it’s not that hard to add support for other languages. This is the only platform I could use for ordering food since the other Chinese platforms required Chinese ID and number. This app is xenophobic. Way to make it impossible for foreigners to order food, groceries, medicine.

It’s good. But they should have a option to choose languages. A lot of foreigners use this application everyday. At least they can keep an option to change the App language. Location service of this App isn’t very good. Please improve. There are many places your App can’t detect. Get help
