I like the app, but I wish it did these two things:* Connect to Apple Watch* Provide award, badge or announcement when you achieve your goal
I am trying to lose weight and struggling remembering to drink water. This app has been awesome sending me updates on how I am doing, helping remind me to drink water. I had an issue with the reminders and sent an email. They got back to me right away and helped me fix my issue. One of my favorite apps by far.
I have developed kidney issues resulting from years of battling Lupus. Although I believed that I was drinking plenty of water, my kidneys apparently thought otherwise. My specialists told me to make sure that I drink a minimum of 64 oz. of water daily. I bought a 64 oz. pitcher for the refrigerator, with the idea that I would need to empty the pitcher by bedtime. As with most things, life kept getting in the way. Some days I was successful, got my 64 in, other days I was lucky to get 32-40. Anything below 64 oz, caused my kidney functions to go "borderline". SO, I went on an "app hunt" to help me remember to drink. I tried a few, wasn't impressed with any of them. Then I found "HYDRATE DAILY"… and it has made it simple to insure that I drink the amount of water that I need. I began with the free version of the app, but realized that I do best with reminders, so I upgraded. And the fact that it is Apple Watch compatible makes it even better… my watch "dings" every 90 minutes to help keep me on track. If at some point 64 oz. isn't sufficient, I can change easily change the info in the app in a matter of seconds! It has a beautiful design, is very intuitive, and extremely beneficial for someone with health conditions like mine. I'd give it TEN stars if I could! GREAT APP!!!
