Lalamove - Fast & Affordable

There’s no ability to select my country and it decided, without asking me, that I’m in the USA. There’s no email address to ask for help. There are no options for me. I’m in Mexico, all of my friends are able to use it. But because the app doesn’t give me any option to select Mexico or any option to ask for help, I’m leaving this review. I tried to solve this using the missives on their site, through searches, through trying to find a way to reach them - nothing.

This app has helped my business improve. It remains one of the best delivery apps for business use in Istanbul. It’s fast and affordable. Most, not all, of the drivers are honest and friendly. Thank you Lalamove.

The app itself works great — easy to use, clean, and convenient. Unfortunately, the actual service is awful. Many drivers accept jobs and then demand that you cancel at the last minute. One driver circled my home for 30 minutes, refusing to pick up my items and wasting my time. A friend used Lalamove to move apartments — a 20-minute trip somehow took seven hours. When the van finally arrived, the drivers didn’t apologize and even refused to help unload. The technology is solid, but the drivers are unreliable and unprofessional. I can’t recommend this service until they improve their screening and support.
