I've been looking for something close to multitasking on my iPads for years... So far it's been pretty stable and I love having more than one window available at a time. I got it when it went free briefly but I would spend the $2 on it. Only thing missing is a settings menu of some kind; would like the ability to change text font or resize the windows which is why I'm only giving it four stars. I'm using this app on my iPad Air 2 running 8.1, 128G.
I wanted to track an item, but there wasn't option to copy the tracking No. It would copy the web page link. Lucky me, I had this little great app, and you know the rest. BUT, I wish there was an option switch between one full page, portrait & landscape, I noticed there is not a menu option. I think it's to keep it lightweight, and I like it like THAT.
