Touch Tuner

I am a fairly newer guitar player and I needed something to tune my guitar to custom configurations for certain songs. I have seen a lot that will provide good basic tuning but I needed to tune to DADF#AD. This app worked perfectly and got the tuning just right. There are a lot of features that I don't need right now but may in the future. The only thing is that it is very sensitive and jumps around a lot, but overall a great tuner.

It seems to install OK, but then the tuning wheel turns erratically to random notes. Won't deliver an audible reference or note tone at all. In short it just doesn't work.
