With push-up coach pro for iPad I am able to set my own cool down times from 90 seconds to 45 seconds even down to 37 seconds which allows me to keep building daily as well as to work towards my VO 2max. Give it a try, really go at it, and you will be more than satisfied with yourself that you had.

To get five stars would need to be able to adjust it's expectations based on how many reps you actually do. But it doesn't do any of that so three stars for now. Very third - rate pushup app but the best one out there unfortunately.
