To start with I did not believe they could get compensation for my cancelled flight 6 months back just wanted to try as I was not happy with the way airline treated us midnight 2 am after making us wait for 6 hours inside the flight, did not expect it was so easy to use the app and upload all relevant documents which were submitted on September 26th and AirHelp kept on updating the status and boom compensation credited to my account on 6th November, unbelievable but AirHelp made it possible still can’t understand how they make stingy airlines pay for their mistakes. Big thank you to AirHelp every one with delayed flight and cancelled flight must try this and you will never regret another cancelled flight.
Some people giving negative review and calling it scam I don’t understand what their intentions are AirHelp rocks try this app for the money otherwise you would have never got, they don’t ask for any money from you like law forms they take their cut after the case which I feel is fair for the ease and service they provide

I had a flight delay of 7+ hours from Stockholm to New York last September. I saw the Facebook add for this app and decided to give it a try. You give them access to your email and they pretty much take it from there. This week (February) I received my $496 USD check in the mail. They send you constant updates about your claim too. Yes, it takes a few months for the airlines to pay but it’s a pretty painless process through this app. I know myself and I would never have gone through the process of a claim directly with the airline because I’m lazy. I would have just let it go. Now I have an extra $496 dollars in my pocket with just a a few clicks so I highly recommend using the app.

After having a flight cancel while in line to check my luggage (and the airline offering a mere drink voucher...hardly compensation), I opted to download airhelp rather than waste time calling the airline myself. My reimbursement for this through airhelp was far more of a fair market value than the pathetic offering from the airline and worth the wait of a few weeks for the cash. I will most definitely think of airhelp first again in the next situation that calls for it. Thank you for creating efficiency in this mobile day and age that the modern world traveler so craves!
