Disney Frozen Free Fall Game

I wish there was another way to contact you but this seems to be the only way. I have been playing Frozen Freefall since the app began. When it changed ownership there have been a lot of unfairness in the games. When I’ve cleared the colored jewels the credit is not applied there are many other discrepancies in the game now. I was at level 2480 on the Endless map and 3-4 days ago, the app shut off in the middle of a game. When it came back on I was at level one. WHAT! I turned it off and on a few times and it came up to level 200. A few more turn offs and I was at level 2070. It hasn’t changed any more. So I’ve lost more than 400 levels. I had earned hundreds of ❤️ lives previously but with the new owners I’ve had to use almost all of them to keep moving up. When the APP shut off I had 80 ❤️ lives. When it came back on there was only 5 lives. You stole 475 levels from me and 75 lives. I would like them back! Earning lives should be in the daily rewards and in the Arendelle treasure chest. Now the only way to get more lives is to buy them. Previously all 3 of my devices always automatically updated the levels to the same level on each device no mater which device I was using. The lives and boosters were not connected, so I could play any devise without changing the boosters or lives earn on the other devices. Now, I had to specifically connect the devices together but only 2 can be connected. I rarely purchase the boosters even though they cost more now. Yes, I’m still play the game, but I’m so disappointed because the game has not changed for the better. I wish I wasn’t addicted to it.

I have been playing this game since what, 2013(?) and I have unlocked 4 worlds YES 4, WITHOUT PAYING. I have also gained multiple theme main prizes, again, WITHOUT PAYING. Not all though, which I’m fine with. I am already at the Endless and Journey levels. Disney still earns $$ from me by me clicking on the videos to get extra lives and get 3 extra moves, AND also through my 3 month subscription to Disney yearly (my bday month, my daughters bday month and December. ) yeah I’m that cheap. I’m so thankful to this game because it has helped my anxiety from job hunting, pregnancy, post partum, and thru all the political turmoil (instead of engaging trolls on the net). I loved that this game also helps me to focus on more important things in life like adulting so I can look forward to playing this game for a quick break. It’s a great diversion. It has also helped me practice and achieve self control. Imagine wanting to pay a sale to get ahead in the game but nnnnope. I know that once I pay, I’ll never stop. Ironically this game has taught me balance because when I overdo or get addicted to it (or any game) my shoulders start to hurt and I get migraines. So yeah the key to this game is patience and lastly, GO READ THE BIBLE. God bless ❤️

This game and the new one, they keep pushing upon opening, are both really annoyingly hard. And this may be after you get into the higher levels too. If you don’t win the level on the first try, pretty much just kiss winning the level goodbye for a long time, unless you use multiple items to pass it. It used to be fun, where some were hard, but not to this extent, most were winnable within a reasonable time, and you would get close to winning multiple times before you finally did. Then there were the easy levels and all was fun. I could win the three keys in the plaza and I do have all but two items. No more, they are the same as the regular game play, play for hours and win one level, never get close to even almost winning the level. Or everything is finally falling into place and you’re feeling like you could win and BAM! The pieces just turn off and the only matches are in a corner or someplace way away from where you are playing for the last 15 turns. Annoying!! Most of the time if I’m about half way to the goal all the time. I will walk away and just let it sit for a half day and maybe try a couple times again, it seems to improve the odds a bit. I have played this game for years and enjoyed it, but when the company changed developers/ name the change in hardness has been progressing slowly, and I’m at the point that it has gotten too hard to win and takes up too many of the one hour free items in the plaza to win a level. So, I will be letting these two games from this company go and look for something else to play as these two have cranked up the difficulty level too much.
