I downloaded the software and started the trial, but ran into an issue when trying to subscribe to the plan I wanted. I contacted customer support, and after the initial response, I asked a few follow-up questions. Unfortunately, I never received another reply despite sending two additional emails. It’s disappointing because I was genuinely planning to move forward with their platform. The lack of communication ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere. In a way, I’m glad this happened before I became a paying customer rather than after.
Really bad loading time, it usually takes 5-6 seconds to open, which is really annoying
This app is made very good and deserve 5 stars
