The product does not work as intended and takes an extensive amount of time to even locate the file for conversion and even when you do find it only certain files are supported. Beware of the “free trial”. It’s yet another bait and switch app on the apple platform to get you to download and then quickly charge you a full year subscription. Apparently I had download the junk app over a year ago and because it was downloaded, never used and quickly canceled the Free Trail that they advertised when I downloaded it this time was not actually free because it had been Dow loaded before. They certainly had the platform to quickly charge me after seeing I had downloaded prior but not a smart enough platform to remove the bait and switch “Free Trail” from my display and or even letting me know that I would be immediately billed.....wait this is apple, they should be able to help support such a process but are apparently ok with app developers taking advantage of their customers.
I downloaded this app (on a Friday) to convert my resume into a PDF file. Once downloaded, I took a screenshot of the billing info section (Glad I did!). The instructions clearly says after three day FREE trial, it will charge my Apple acct $2.99 weekly if subscription is not canceled. It stated that the subscription may be managed by user and auto renewal may be turned off by going to the user acct settings after purchase. I spent nearly an hour trying to locate where I can cancel or end my subscription under settings as stated. Clearly, this app is not user friendly in the sense that what they stated above was no where to be found. Frustrated, I left it alone until the next morning. Again, tried to locate again under app settings and still was not able to locate how to end subscription. At this point I went to their support tab (the very next day on Saturday not even 24hrs later) and emailed them and stated I wanted to end my subscription. Never received a response back so I thought it was taken care of. Today is now Sunday, and low and be hold, I received an email receipt charge to my Apple acct for $2.99! This is by far the most misleading app I’ve downloaded! I would have been happy to pay the $2.99 but for the simple fact the instructions was misleading and the customer support was GARBAGE, I will be definitely be seeking my refund! I WARN EVERYONE, if you’re in need to find an app to convert a file to PDF, STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP and or the company that made this! I’m sure all their apps are misleading and want to rob you regardless what their instructions says! Save yourself the frustration and headache!
I've been using to convert images to PDF, I'm able to rearrange the images in the order I wish and after creating the file I can also add notes to it. Very nice! The only downside is not being able to go back to the original file (where you can rearrange the images) if you already exited and created your PDF. If you want to add later on an image for example, you have to do it all over again.
