Finally! A DBT app that’s actually personal and private.

I’ve been looking for a way to track my DBT skills that doesn’t feel like I’m just filling out a generic form. I especially love how much I can tailor this app to my own needs. I can set up my own custom emotions and urges, and even assign a default check-in template that meets my specific requirements. Plus, it’s private by design, so I know my diary cards are safe and aren't sitting on some cloud server. The daily notifications are also super helpful for keeping me consistent without being annoying. Highly recommend it if you want something private, flexible, and to the point.
