WinPal: Estimate Invoice Maker

The satellite measuring tool super handy for lawns and the estimates are usually pretty close. I still double check materials and make a few tweeks before sending, but it saves me a ton of time tbh, it's super useful as a starting point. I like the AI renders and the invoice templates also, make me look super pro. Some small issues here and there, but support was helpfull and got most of it sorted. Hope they add a QBO integration soon!

The app has a very clean design and the AI estimate feature is impressive for quick drafts and basic jobs. Voice input and photo analysis are useful ideas for contractors and handyman businesses. However, the pricing AI still needs improvement. On a simple exterior door trim rot repair, the estimate came out far too high compared to realistic market pricing. It’s a good starting tool, but estimates should always be reviewed manually before sending to clients. Overall promising app with potential, especially for small service businesses.

I’ve tried a bunch and this one is hands down the best. so smooth and the invoices actually look good. The ai to create estimates is incredible.. it saves me so much time trying to figure out prices. Def worth it if u want to save time
