Love the app and closest I could find to what I was looking for. It would be neat if it gave an average score for each day so it is easy to look at calendar and see progress. I also think the scale should be simplified to have no decimals and simple tap with fewer options. For example, -3 Starving, -2 Hungry, -1 Peckish, 0 Neutral, 1 Satisfied, 2 Full, 3 Stuffed. Sweet spot is -1,0,1 and shows green. -2,2 yellow zone and -3,3 red zone. Trying to get a score close to 0 each day. Above shows overeating and below is undereating. Helps with binge eating and anorexia recovery by building awareness. Regardless of if you take any of these suggestions, thanks for putting this together. I think the hunger scale and journaling is the real key to a healthy relationship with food.
Great app that helps me practice mindful eating!!
