Bitra : BTC Cloud Mining

I really like the idea, layout, and options this app has to offer. However, my extra hash power I purchased doesn’t actually stay in effect during any mining session, unless I were to leave the app open the entire mining period of 6 hours, which one simply cannot do. I should have 131 TH/s, but my mining power only shows 1 TH/s unless I click restore purchase, but even that reverts back to 1 TH/s if I close and reopen the app. At this rate I’ll never reach the minimum withdrawal threshold for any of the tokens. I’ve reached out to the developer with no response yet. Please help!!!
