ReFrame: Multi-Angle Recorder

I am so impressed with this app. Im a ugc creator who uses teleprompters on a daily basis. Then my client requested vertical and horizontal at the same time for a 1 min long script. The fact that this app is FREE and it has face tracking…. 10/10 recommend!! Non-sponsored lol

Does exactly what it says and with no subscription! The best part (and the reason I picked it over others) is that it shoots both videos on the same lens, instead of using the main lens for one orientation and the wide angle (which has lower resolution and is worse in low light) for the other. The ONE thing that would make it perfect is the ability to adjust the framing of the landscape shot. Right now it just crops the vertical shot in the exact center, which means that your compositions are limited - if your subject is in the lower or upper half of the vertical shot, it won’t be in frame in the landscape shot. Since the app just crops the vertical shot, it would be nice to be able to adjust *where* it crops.

I spent a long time searching for a solution that could record both horizontal and vertical videos at the same time, but everything I found was locked behind paywalls or frustrating subscription plans. Then I came across this app and figured I’d give it a shot and I’m honestly blown away. The fact that it’s completely free feels almost too good to be true. It’s been incredibly useful for my work creating videos. I no longer have to juggle multiple phones or deal with recording the same content twice. This app simplifies everything and saves me so much time. If you’re a content creator or just need a more efficient way to capture video, this is an absolute game-changer.
