Random attendance notifications are not coming consistently. Sometimes notifications arrive and sometimes don't. Please fix this issue and improve the notification reliability

Random Attendance Beep sound is too low. When we are busy with customers we can’t hear it as a result we missed our random attendance. Kindly solved this problem as soon as possible.

Hi channelplex Team, We are facing an issue with the Channelplay app. Random attendance notifications are not appearing, and there is no alert received on the phone. Kindly check and resolve this issue. If a random attendance notification is generated, the app should provide a proper alert with: • Notification pop-up • Sound/ringtone alert • Vibration alert This will help ensure that random attendance requests are not missed. Kindly look into the issue and provide a solution at the earliest. Thank you.
