I am only about two days into using this app, and there is a paywall, but I am already confident in stating that it is an excellent learning tool and I already think I’ve gotten my moneys worth on the month’s subscription. The thing that it does better than anything else isn’t even really their selling point (the algorithm that filters you what you need to learn the most, which seems cool but TBD) but rather the explanations of WHY you got something right/wrong in detail, with repeatable thought processes - it is really impressive and useful. I have a long way to go, but it is clear to me that this is a much more helpful for learning at the intermediate level than GTO Wizard saying “no. bad. wrong.” Excited to use it more and rank up in the various categories.

Most poker app/sites have a much heftier fee, so or the price this is a great app. I can’t say it will make you a high stakes pro, but for recs wanting to improve their win rate it seems to fit the bill. The methodology used is exactly what I have been looking for as a study aid (hand scenarios, theory questions that make you think). I find it frustrating that the app asked what type of game I want to train for (MTT vs cash, live vs online), but still mixes in questions/scenarios for both as if that setting is disregarded. While I’m appreciative of a tool trying to provide well rounded information, I’d hoped selecting MTT would focus the session on MTT and leave cash out until I decided to change focus or expand. When studying, I find it best to focus on one area until mastered, then expand once I feel a certain level of mastery. That seems to not actually work despite being given the option to do so.

I’m usually quite busy and don’t have a ton of time to train. This app was actually very helpful bc of the daily drills & puzzles. Helped me master a bunch of different parts of the game. I like how it gives actually helpful answers and explanations to the questions instead of just right/wrong. It’s interesting because the more I get certain questions wrong, it seems to hone in on that leak until I fix it. Has a bankroll tracker too which is nice since I used to use something separate for that. Saw they added a hand history logger and additional skills drilling tab. Good mobile option to drill daily, definitely one of the best trainers I’ve used
