I like the simplicity of the app and that it puts everything I am looking for in a simple format.
I was thinking about buying a pass anyway so took advantage of the discount for purchasing through this app. I was surprised that Apple Pay was not one of the payment options, not to mention other app-based payment options. Really, I have to type in credit card info? $25 was enough of a discount to endure this inconvenience but otherwise I would have just cancelled out of the transaction and waited until the next time I interacted with a person at one of the city facilities.
