Vita - Core Station

I’m giving this a 3 stars cause before all the games were available to play, I didn’t have to download them through a browser onto the emulator. I liked all these games were available to download right on the app itself. Well I decided a couple of weeks ago when I downloaded the app for my on her phone and she’s on iPhone as well why her app looked different than mine and why I games weren’t available on the app itself to download on the app on her phone well to find out I’m guessing it was through an update that things changed cause I decided to delete the app on my phone and reinstalled it on my phone so my app looks like the app on my gfs phone but now all the games that I had downloaded are gone it looks like and it looks like I have to download games as a rom through a browser to play the games on an app now

Recently got the trial for $2.99 and decided to cancel since the app just wasn’t for me. Contacted apps support through in app and email and only got a response in app. Was told the subscription was canceled and when the end of trial came I was billed $40. I messaged them asap about it and was told it was a technical error and would be submitted to their finance department and within a minute was told my refund was approved and would see it within 1-3 days. I’ve asked for confirmation the first time I canceled and received nothing. I also asked again this time for confirmation for cancellation and refund via email and was told they can’t and would not give a specific reason as to why, just felt like a “trust me bro” situation. On another note I’ve seen multiple reviews about similar situations and the developer’s response is subscriptions are managed through Apple subscription which this app is not. Apple support told me they don’t have anything to do with it since the developer bills people through their own payment way instead of apples typical app subscription and was told to contact my bank since it shows in the bank as the developers company. Could just be me but seems extremely shady and my bank suggests getting a new card if the refund doesn’t show up within the time they said it would and since they can’t provide any sort of confirmation of any action to prevent any future charges.
