The app makes learning new words enjoyable with great pronunciation, etymology, examples, and engaging quizzes. It’s intuitive, polished, and has already helped me expand my vocabulary. Highly recommended for anyone who loves language or wants to improve their communication skills!
I really like this app! You can set the learning pace (how many words per day), change word topics, change voices, and there’s even pop quizzes on the words. You can also change backgrounds on it. There’s a lot of great features. Definitely worth downloading.
I love everything about this app. Neologics is not your typical dictionary, the kind that you use to quickly find the meaning of unfamiliar words. In fact, it is not a dictionary; it is a tool to help you learn new words and to enhancing your vocabulary, and it does it effectively and in a beautiful way. You cannot search for words in Neologics, because it’s not meant to do that. Instead, when you open it, it presents you with a random word and a brief definition of it. Dive deeper, and you’ll get detailed information about it. That’s a good thing, because it doesn’t limit you to learning only the words you search for, like in a conventional dictionary. One of my favorite features is the part that teaches you that, “Instead of saying… you would say.” I also love the “Practice” and “Word Games.” In short, Neologics is an invaluable tool for anyone wanting to learn new words and expand their vocabulary, especially ESL (English as a Second Language) students. And to top it all off, the developer is super friendly and receptive to feedback. Great support! I highly recommend this amazing app.
