Yarnation: Unravel Flow

I liked this game but as other reviews state, there’s a lot of glitches and I’ve been stuck at level 475 for about 3 weeks because it is impossible to pass even with helps and coins. I have wasted thousands of coins and 20+ helps (both purchased and free) trying to save the level and it’s literally unsolvable. I emailed support 2 weeks ago and never heard back and the level is still unsolvable. It would be nice to have the option to watch ads to save a level or earn helps like in other games, feels like a money grab to only be able to get those things by spending at least $5 to get anything worth having :(

I really enjoyed this game. Like others say, there are some glitches or bugs. If I fail a level, I have to go back to the home menu and then reclick the level. Otherwise I don’t get the correct boxes. I was really upset when this happened and I spent coins to keep playing and it just froze and lost my coins. I also had a good experience until I came to Level 376. This level is IMPOSSIBLE unless you buy coins. It truly is. I have been stuck on it for too long. I will put money into games I enjoy, but i definitely won’t if I feel like I *have* to in order to pass levels. UPDATE: I have tried emailing support through the app support button but have received no response. :/

I have noticed an error in the game. The first of the 5 open holding boxes is being skipped. So, you only have 4 boxes to use for extra yarn spools. Also, I have been having issues with level 111. The colored dots aren’t being taken away by the yarn spools. I just completed the level and it won’t register that it’s complete because the dots are still on the board. I took a screen shot. I’ve done this now 5-6 times. I’ve sent an email to your company through the app. No response. Please fix the glitches. I really like this game.
