Empirio: Learn Business

I really like the micro lessons and the feedback. But the feedback doesn’t tell me what my decisions mean, beyond some hard to decipher video-game-like stats that provide little personal value. I can compare my decisions to the case study myself, but that’s about it. Also, there is no way to track what I’ve completed or to measure my progress. Could be much better with some user-focused personalized feedback. Otherwise it’s just a limited short-form business library with slick graphics.

I’m the founder of a small company with ambitions to grow. Running the business keeps me incredibly busy, and it can be difficult to carve out time to study the principles I need to understand or learn from others who have faced crossroads similar to the ones I’m navigating now, or have encountered along the way. I’m sure there are many tools I could use for that purpose, but this is the one I found, and I’m very glad I did. I’ve already come away with several ideas for changes I could make and areas I might refine. That doesn’t mean I’ll implement every suggestion, but they’ve given me genuinely useful things to consider and have helped me look at parts of the business from a different perspective.

I absolutely love the in between questions while watching these videos. It really causes me to think. I love the feedback profile too. Definitely love to learn about myself and makes it that much more addictive to use! I paid for the annual because I believe yall have a great product here! I hope the team adds more stories and features ! Lots of value !
