Tinker by Shopify

Hello, I have a suggestion regarding the Google Veo Video Generator in Tinker. Previously, I could generate videos that were 8 seconds long, but now I only see the 6-second option. I also can’t choose the video resolution. Could you please bring back the 8-second option and add resolution options such as 720p and 1080p? Thank you!

The marketing is genuinely well done, and more importantly, it’s accurate. What they show is pretty much what you get, which is rare with AI tools. Most of the time it produces AI slop that looks terrible. The biggest thing for me is how much time and money this saves. I don’t need to hire a photographer or deal with agencies anymore. What used to take a lot of coordination (and budget) now takes a few minutes. This feels like a really practical use of AI, solving a real problem without overcomplicating it. Shopify is clearly thinking in the right direction here by building tools that actually help their customers. Simple, useful, and it works.

I’ve never seen a tool that comes close to what Tinker can do. It’s so easy to create creative assets that previously would’ve taken a hefty marketing budget to produce. It’s vastly improved my brands product photography. Everything turns out professionally, all created easily from my phone. I can create brand assets from anywhere, it’s so convenient.
