After the recent update, the app is now loading, however, it’s unable to capture the ID. I followed all the required instructions keeping the ID within the frame, holding it steady, ensuring there’s no glare, reflections, shadows, or excessive brightness, everything was properly aligned and clearly visible. I’m very familiar with this process, as I’ve completed it multiple times before!!! This isn’t my first experience with it, the issue appears to be with the app itself, as it’s failing to detect the data on the card across all trials!!!

I tried so many time to take face photo but it isn’t accepted and when accepted the a application freeze and doesn’t move to next step

OCR engine to scan the NID always fail although I’m setting the NID within frame without glare. Tried several times with accepted lighting
