No clear announcement made to the users of early version of app. Unable to use the previous version when u r right in front of the barista. Trying hard to login to this new version but ended up unable to login, tried reset password but invalid session error msg pop up. Walk away with frustration especially caused by these inconvenience which shouldn’t happened at the first place. This brand already falling out since the major crisis (iykyk), losing out in both price and CONVENIENCE to the “Blue Old Man” (iykyk)brand. Now you self-labeled focusing on premium service and experience but allowing this kind of thing happen. Bye but no bye.

I was told Starbucks have new app and the old one will be deleted soon. But I did not receive any such notification, or no banner pops out notifying about this and urge to download the new app. My last transaction using the old app was on 3 Aug 2026 though. And today 6 Aug I downloaded the new app trying multiple times to login but NO RESPOND! 🙄 I made sure rebooting my network but still to no avail! I can login from website no issue but just not the app. Starbucks, please rectify this issue and make sure your members can have a seamless transition between old and new app. This has generated a great inconvenience to your users.

I’ve updated to the latest version of the app, but I still don’t see the option to add my Starbucks Card to Apple Wallet. This is a much-needed feature for iPhone users in Malaysia to make payments more convenient. Please look into this and ensure the "Add to Apple Wallet" button is visible for all users. Using iPhone 16 Pro Max on the latest iOS.
