Doesn’t work and still you have to pay.

This is a scam. You were directed to this app because you searched for something on Google and this happened to be the first result. Do not install this app. Do not use this app. Do not subscribe to anything in this app. This is a terrible app. This is a scam. There is nothing fast and easy about this app. From the moment I’ve started all I want is to connect the printer to WiFi. From ads for subscription services to tutorials on how to use the app, to claims about fast setup, to the pop up for me to review this terrible app before I’ve had the opportunity to do with it what I need, this is terrible UX.

The Smart Printer app for HP never worked correctly for me. Despite canceling my subscription, I was still being charged. Yesterday, I spoke with an Apple advisor who assured me that the refund would be processed. However, I was denied the refund for the second time, and I will no longer allow the app to be reviewed. It’s frustrating that this app stole my money!
