Leafy Bus

I had booked both my onward and return journey through the Leafy Bus app two days in advance because I have an important exam in Roorkee tomorrow. The very next day, my onward journey ticket was cancelled by Leafy Bus without any proper solution. Since my travel to Roorkee was cancelled, I immediately contacted customer support and requested them to cancel my return ticket as well, because it became useless. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I received a call from their team, but there was no voice from the other side. They disconnected the call and never bothered to call back or resolve the issue. What am I supposed to do with a return ticket when the company itself has cancelled my onward journey? This has caused unnecessary stress right before an important exam. Poor communication, poor customer support, and no consideration for customers’ time or circumstances. I would not recommend Leafy Bus based on this experience.

Cancelled without any information at the boarding time from both the locations. Worst service. Don’t get fooled by these scammers
