I’ve used other apps before, but this one feels more thoughtful. It works for real life, not just counting days! The location alerts near bars and liquor store are especially helpful because they interrupt habits before they turn into decisions. The daily check-ins and reflections feel supportive rather than overwhelming, and the community features are there when you need them without pressure. Everything feels intentional and private, you can’t snap a screenshot or record the screen here which helps me feel safe to be open and honest about my struggles. I also get analysis and insight daily based on my daily workbook and check-ins to help me understand my patterns that I never paid attention before. I connected with people who became my sober buddies and we check in with each other frequently, it helps me to not feel lonely and helps me know that there are people out there who understand me and what I’m going through which is something I don’t get from my family.
This app is so different than other ones out there in sobriety space that I have used. I like that I can post pictures, videos, and quotes in the community like I’m on a social media platform but in a safe space, with just like-minded people who are going through the same thing. The day tracker offers so much more than others out there that just count days and give you badges. This app gives your insight and help you walk through challenges. The workbook and daily check - ins are super useful and the analysis that I get from what I put into my workbook and check-ins give me so much clarity about my triggers and what’s the healthy coping mechanism should be. The other super cool thing is that I went to a bar recently and the app sent me alerts, warning me that I shouldn’t be drinking.
This app feels like it was built by people who actually understand sobriety—not just drinking less, but why we drink in the first place. What I love most is that it doesn’t shame you or talk down to you. It supports you in real moments—when cravings hit, when you’re out socially, when you just need to pause and check in with yourself. The daily check-ins, sober streaks, and gentle reminders feel grounding instead of overwhelming. It’s not just about staying sober. It’s about building awareness, changing habits, and creating a life you don’t want to escape from. The design is thoughtful, the features feel intentional, and the overall experience feels human. If you’re sober-curious, actively trying to quit, or quietly struggling while “functioning,” this app genuinely helps. It feels like having a calm, supportive presence in your pocket—especially when you need it most.
