It takes too many steps to sign in. Can you help me set it for the app stay signed in??

Why do I get an ending sign to purchase it and then go back and I have to re-add it because it doesn’t make sense anymore. No, I’m gonna delete it.

Purchased the lifetime subscription in order to get phone alerts and then reached out to customer service when not working. They told me there is a new app. So I downloaded it and my login for the first app does not work and it wanted me to create an account and pay for the membership. Multiple attempts to contact customer service over weeks with no response back. No phone number on the app to even try to call and speak with someone only the email that sends an automated response that they have received the concern with a ticket reference number.
