Nielsen Pulse

Nielsen Pulse is a really useful app, and I honestly think it deserves more recognition. After installing it, I discovered several things on my phone that had been changed or altered without my knowledge—things I may never have noticed without this app. My only reason for giving it four stars instead of five is the lack of response from customer support. I need to make some changes that can only be done through support, but I haven’t been able to get a response despite reaching out multiple times. I’ve even removed and reinstalled the app while trying to resolve the issue myself. Aside from the support problem, I really like the app and find it valuable. If they improved their customer support response time, I’d happily give Nielsen Pulse five stars.

There’s a terrible bug that causes your phone to not receive any connection. I was about to go to Verizon because I had done all the troubleshooting I could think of until I realized it was the vpn. When I disconnect it, it fixes the issue but sometimes it can occur a few times within an hour. I’ve reached out to support, I received what I assume is an automated response and nothing else. Also, if you disconnect the vpn, it automatically switches it back on which is also frustrating considering it causes disruptions in my day to day
