I went based on the app and as of now I am down 7lbs in 2weeks. The app will guide me to my goal step by step and it’s very easy to follow. I would definitely recommend.
What I like about this app is even when I forget to log in what I ate I can just type it in or talk to it and when I remember I just take a picture.
I love this app, I have tried a few similar one but this my ultimate favorite because you can talk to it, text what you’re having, take pictures or your food or even scan it basically does way more then other ones.
