Core transcription is unusable: mangles names and brands (ChatGPT became "Charger PT"), drops words, and sometimes loses the whole recording ("timed out waiting for audio upload"). I tested the same speech on two other apps — both transcribed it correctly. Support acknowledged the problem, offered no fix, and refused a refund despite an advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. Avoid. They are really bad people stealing from others.

This app is pretty darn cool - you don’t realize the time and effort you save by speaking instead of typing. Their support is stellar!

I'm not one to normally write reviews. You can check—I’m a real person; I’ve been on Apple for a long time.
