I’ve tried many medical trackers & like this one because it simplifies the tracking process. I like that it requires little time & effort to record my episodes. It also includes a notes section, which I appreciate, as it allows me to record any additional triggers, interventions, medications & other relevant information that help me to better capture my daily & overall health.
