Zen Internet: MyAccount

This is just a mediocre web site wrapped in an app.

The options to choose cookies other than accept all don’t seem to work. My order details aren’t in the app even though the phone line message says then would be. This experience is below what I would expect from an ISP who sells itself on quality rather than price.

Every other app on my phone allows biometric login and/or remembers my login information across sessions. This app never does and continually asks me to keep logging back in, even for the most menial steps. What a load of rubbish. Also, please explain to me why this app is recording audio and using payment information from my Apple account when everything is paid via direct debit? The allowed permissions do not make sense and are deeply worrying.
