So far this app is very easy and simple to use. Interface is clean and uncluttered, which I like. Logging is pretty simple. I wish there was an option to put in minutes instead of having to concert it to decimals. This is especially clunky when having to log things that aren’t quarters or half’s of an hour. I also wish there was a way to enter the subjects for each student under their profile and then pick from those options when logging. The drop down does suggest pre-logged subject options, but unfortunately those cannot be edited. Overall the app is well priced and seems to function well for its intended purpose. I am thankful it is a one time purchase instead of a subscription, which way too many apps are going towards these days.
Having used this app for about a month, I am extremely satisfied. The convenience of logging hours via phone is a significant improvement over manual logging. One feature I would appreciate is the ability to add images to logs. For homeschooling families in my state, this would simplify record-keeping and allow for easy printing of documentation in PDF format if required.
This app is the best I have found! Have been searching for weeks for a paperless method of keeping track of school hours without all the fluff. This is it. Also, it is very easy to use, unlike other apps I tried. Each log just takes a few clicks and it’s done. Less stress = more time enjoying teaching. Lastly, the visible reports are nice-looking and easy to interpret. Well done! Thanks to the developer.
