The dates shown for my next bins on the app are incorrect and seem to skip Christmas entirely! This has made me miss bin collections because I’ve come to rely on the notifications the app sends. The website gives me the correct dates. For example the website says my next paper and card collection is the 5th Jan. The app says 22nd Jan. This was one of the reasons to have the app but now I can’t trust it.
