This app solves a two-fold, perennial challenge for every New York City driver: to understanding the alternate-side parking restrictions wherever you are, and enabling an efficient, wide search of all the rules across an area so that one knows where to navigate for a ticket-free parking experience. Additionally, the developer is very responsive to support requests and receptive to ideas.
I really like how this app makes it easy to select parking spots and set up reminders to move my car. I now am in the habit of opening it whenever I park so I can keep a record of where I am and when I have to move. The holiday tracking is also so helpful for figuring out places I can leave my car when I’m leaving town and won’t be around to move it for a while. All things considered this app has simplified my life having a car in nyc and I definitely recommend it.
AltSide helps NYC drivers find alternate-side parking spots they can keep longer, remember where each car is parked, and know when it needs to move....
