I’ve been looking for an accurate fossil identification app for a while, and test them by scanning a paleontologist identified Mosasaurus tooth. I scanned the tooth, making sure it’s a good quality, good lighting picture, and it identifies the Mosasaurus tooth as a claw from a type of land theropod that would likely live in a rainforest or jungle biome.
